Shipping Methods
Our preferred carrier is Federal Express Ground. However, we also ship via UPS, Airborne and Common Carrier. If you prefer a method other than Federal Express, please indicate your preferred carrier on your order form or with your sales representative.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available on all orders. Please specify the deadline date and preferred shipping method so that we can meet your event deadline.

Shipping Charges
Merchandise charges do not include shipping. If you need a quote on the shipping charges, please contact us.

Liability
All merchandise becomes the customer's property upon delivery to the carrier. Lost shipment claims must be made in writing within 10 days of the shipment date. Damaged shipment claims must be made directly to the carrier. (Ex: FedEx UPS)
